Please allow a flexible time for all regular jobs.
The short answer: Yes, we absolutely can! However, because exhaust fans vary in height and condition, how we clean them depends on your specific service package. Here is everything you need to know:
1. Standard Cleaning Packages
Our standard regular cleaning packages cover tasks that can be safely completed without a step ladder. Therefore, exhaust fan cleaning is not included by default. However, if you are a regular client and just need the covers cleaned from time to time, let us know in advance! We will let you know the next step according to the real situation.
2. Deep Cleans & Move-Out (Exit) Cleaning
Exhaust fan cleaning is standard for our End-of-Lease/Exit packages.
Our Policy on Damp-Wiping & Removal
If your exhaust fan covers require a thorough damp wipe, we kindly ask that you remove them prior to our arrival and leave them on the counter. Our team is more than happy to wash and wipe them down while they are safely on the kitchen or bathroom benchtop , but we do not remove or reinstall them.
Why we have this policy:
Over time, plastic ceiling fixtures become brittle due to heat and age. They can easily crack or shatter the moment they are touched. We learned this lesson the hard way early in our business journey back in 2017 (see photos below).
Because older fan models are often discontinued, a broken cover usually means replacing the entire exhaust fan unit and hiring an electrician to install it. To protect both our business and your property, we require a standard disclaimer for all exhaust fan cleaning, and we strictly do not take them down ourselves.
