Update - How We Handle Unexpected Accidents
Nov 2021. Very busy now when the holiday season is just around the cornor. Unfortunately we had 2 breakages recently in Sep and Nov, both when clients were not at home. What was fortunate is how the incidents were handled by our team members - we do not mind paying for the compensation when needed and we are pleased our relationship with these clients are going even stronger afterwards.
